After installing the latest Intel graphics card driver, PowerDirector 2025 has problem

Hello:

After installing the latest version of Intel graphics card driver, PowerDirector 2025 hardware encoding becomes unselectable.

My CPU is Intel i5-11400
My graphics card is Intel ARC B580

The problem was solved by replacing the Intel graphics card driver with an older version.

Intel graphics card driver version with no issues: 32.0.101.6557_101.6262
The Intel graphics card driver version that has the problem: 32.0.101.6559 WHQL Certified (latest)

I have contacted Intel before, and Intel was very helpful. After installing the latest Intel graphics card driver (version: 32.0.101.6632), the problem of PowerDirector 2025 being unable to select hardware encoding for transcoding has been solved. Thank you.
