Exact the same Problem like Alan Wake had. I hope for a fix
You should see the Problem if you start the Game with the latest Beta Driver (also latest Whql Driver does not work ).

Thank you for joining the Intel Communities. We will help you with the issue you reported with Alan Wake's American Nightmare.
To better assist you, we want to ask you for the following:
- What is the game distribution service you used to install the game?
- What is your graphics card Model? If you have an Intel Arc Card, provide us with the exact graphics card model (Limited Edition, Sparkle, GUNNIR, AsRock, Acer, etc).
- If you have an Intel Arc graphics card, did you have another graphics card before you installed the Arc Graphics?
- Is there any error message when the issue occurs? If so, provide us with a screenshot of the error message you receive.
- Provide us with a report using the Intel
System Support Utility (Intel SSU) to check more details about your system: - Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
SSU will take you to the "Summary View." - Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."

I think we can spare the time for diagnostics of my system, the bug is Driver Related and the exact same one as it was with Alan Wake which was fixed with the latest Beta Update.
Just try to Start a New Game and you see yourself, cardmodel or platform doesn´t matter

- Asrock 8GB Phantom Gaming ARC A770
- If you have an Intel Arc graphics card, did you have another graphics card before you installed the Arc Graphics?
- fresh install Win11
- Is there any error message when the issue occurs? If so, provide us with a screenshot of the error message you receive.
with old drivers it says "Application has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware" and quits, with newest drivers it just hangs until Alt+F4, no Error msg.

Hello hellforge,
Thank you for your patience. As we mentioned before, we have been able to replicate the problem using the latest public drivers. Nevertheless, we also tested this using our latest internal build, and the game is now working correctly, which means that the solution is already in the code, and we just need to wait for the next 2-3 driver releases so it is fully implemented. Here are some videos of our lab showing the game running correctly.

This issue is fixed since latest driver 31.0.101.5333. I tested it myself and the game now starts and runs correctly.
