Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communites. I know graphics glitches like weapons not showing or in this case icons from the shirnes not rendering properly can interfere in your gaming experience. We will be glad to help with this one.


I see the screenshot showing the weapons issue is from the character selection screen, could you please let us know if the issue is also happening during regular gameplay or if is it exclusive to character selection?


We would like to get your system information as well so we can the hardware and driver in which you are running the game, so please share with us a log file from the Intel® System Support Utility, along with the log file please share with us a screenshot of the in-game graphics settings so in case we need to test this in our lab we can configure the game the same way as you are playing it.


Unfortunately, the older driver 4577 you are requesting is no longer available for download but with the information we requested above we are more than willing to help, investigate, and test this issue to determine the root cause of the problem.

1.Even in the game, the image of the weapon cannot be displayed.
2.My computer configuration is as follows.
3.My game is in Simplified Chinese, and I couldn't find an English version, but my settings are all set to the highest default.Provide a clue that when I set up the environmental masking variety, there is a weapon that can display its appearance, such as the final screenshot, although it is very blurry.

I have switched to the 4502 version driver and it can display normally

We appreciate the details you shared with us. Based on your system information there are a couple of recommendations we would like to suggest that will improve the overall compatibility of the system. Please do the following:


Update your motherboard BIOS to the latest version. Visit your motherboard manufacturer's website to download the BIOS, the latest version seems to be 1006. The update does include some compatibility improvements to Resizable BAR so it will be worth getting the updates. Once updated, reset the BIOS to default settings.

Your operating system is Windows 10 Build 19044 for the 22H1 update, we would recommend updating to the latest OS build which is 19045 which corresponds to the 22H2 update, this as well can help improve the overall compatibility wth the GPU.


Let us now if the same issue happens after performing the above troubleshooting steps.

Note that the newest BIOS update includes improvements to Resizable BAR and the Windows update will help to improve the overall compatibility wth the GPU. I wanted to check if you had the chance to update your BIOS and OS to their latest version as recommended in our previous post. Also, please note there have been a couple of driver updates with some improvements please update and test the driver 31.0.101.4887 and check if the same issue happens.

Just to make sure we re-tested this game with the graphics driver we recently released version 31.101.0.4900 and could not notice any graphics issues, check https://youtu.be/mAHZppO4UbM. Please update to the latest driver and in case you continue to experience any issue it would be better to try reinstalling the game on your system.
