Arc A750 Driver Issue – Stellar Blade Won’t Run

Hi Intel team,

I’m reaching out as an Arc A750 user who’s been genuinely excited about what Intel’s been doing in the GPU space. I’ve seen great progress in driver updates and game support, and I’ve been rooting for Arc to succeed. But I’ve hit a wall with Stellar Blade—it just won’t run on my system, no matter what I try.

I’ve updated drivers, checked settings, and even reinstalled the game, but nothing seems to help. Meanwhile, I’ve seen reports of the game running fine on other GPUs, even older ones. It’s frustrating, especially because I really want to play this title and support Intel’s hardware.

Could you please look into this and consider optimizing the drivers for Stellar Blade? I know you’re constantly improving things, and I’d love to see Arc users get the same smooth experience others are having.

1. When you say that Steller Blade won't run, are there any error message or no response at all? ?

2. Which digital distribution platform is being used (Steam, Epic Games, etc.)?

3. Have you performed any troubleshooting steps? If so, please share the steps so we can avoid repetition.

 

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
