Hello, yesterday during my first steam session with me new Arc B580 GPU i encountered something odd.

During group formation in Liberation of Undermine raid my GPU clock speed just dropped from stock speeds to 400 and 500 out of nowhere.

My specs:

Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D 8-Core Processor 3.00 GHz

32,0 GB

Intel Arc B580.

Im on a fresh windows 10 LTSC install,

Edition Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC
Version 21H2
Installed on ‎2025-‎07-‎23
OS build 19044.6093
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19062.1000.0

I was streaming with OBS and the game is the current The war within 11.1.7.61967.

I include screenshots and video clip from my stream, on the video pay attention graph to top left.

Hi @OndoTV,

Thank you for posting here in our community. To effectively diagnose and address the issue you're experiencing, I kindly ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help us isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action.

  • Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration.
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes to the system recently?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
  • Have you experienced similar issues with other games or applications, or is this specific to the game within?
  • Are there any other applications running in the background that might be consuming GPU resources?
  • Have you monitored the GPU temperature during gameplay to see if overheating might be causing the clock speed drop?
  • Have you previously performed a clean installation of the graphics driver, before using either an older or the latest version?
  • Additionally, you may follow this guide on how to report performance issues in the game.

I look forward to your response and am committed to resolving your issue promptly.

Hello, no hardware changes after upgrading to ARC B580.

I have reinstalled windows and intel GPU drivers.

I have not experienced the same issue in other games.

I only have other applications such as steam running.

I have set fan manual fan curve.

I olny used the latest drivers.

Hi @OndoTV,

I recommend reinstalling the latest graphics driver:

Version: 32.0.101.6972 (Latest)

Download Source: Intel Graphics Driver Download

Before installing the new driver, please do not forget to perform a clean driver uninstall using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). This ensures that any remnants of previous drivers are completely removed, allowing for a smooth installation of the latest version. Additionally, you may follow this guide on how to report performance issues in the game.

Let me know how it goes. If the issue persists, feel free to inform me so I can look into alternative solutions.
