Merhabalar sistemim şu şekilde

yeniden boyutlanabılır bar aktif

Sıkıntım şu şekilde kontrolcüde Ölçeklendirme modunda Gpu seçince kontrolcü çöküyor. sonra kararsız sistem ayarları nedeniyle varsayılana dönüyor.

ölçeklendirme yonteminde de özele alınca kontrolcü çökmekte, 

Fps oyunları oynadığım için farklı goruntu modlarında oynuyorum bunun için gpu ölçeklendirmesi lazım bana ancak seçince çöküyor yardımcı olursanız sevinirim.

Hello!


I was testing this on Win10 with our latest driver 32.0.101.6632 which includes a new build of IGS, ver 25.6.1152.1.


Could you please check on your side if the issue is still happening? I didn't see it in my tests. 


Please also let me know if when coming back from Custom to Maintain Display Scaling, the Scaling Mode changes to GPU Scaling or if it stays in Display Scaling

Thank you for posting in the community, to further investigate this issue I would like to inquire few question and gather your full system information.


  1. Can you tell me what driver version you have?
  2. Does the Intel Graphics Software (IGS) freezes before crashing?
  3. If you use the defaul setting does your game have any issues?


Also, to better understand your entire system information, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This will generate a text file that compiles all your system information. You can follow this link for instructions and send the text file here: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility

1: My driver is 6449, the latest driver, but no matter how much I update it, the problem persists.

2: Yes, it freezes and I can't do anything. It doesn't turn on when I turn it off, so I have to restart the computer or shut it down from the task manager.

3: My problem with the game is that it has black bars when we play at different resolutions.
That's why I want to turn on GPU scaling in the application, but when I turn it on, it freezes and crashes.
Likewise, when you click on something retro or special, the application crashes.

 

-I did SSU, but it gave an error while sending the e-mail and I could not send it. I can send it via discord if you want

Hi Smeshup,


For the SSU you can just click the save button and it will save a text file containing all of your system information. Then you may send that text file to this thread so I can see it on my end. Let me know if you have other questions.

GPU scaling bug is present in most users, a solution needs to be found. Also, XeSS technology works better than FSR, but most games do not support XeSS. Intel needs to talk to game developers and game developers need to bring XeSS to existing games.

Hello, after the new update, the problem is gone. Thank you for solving it.  Everything is in place, no problems.
This is unrelated to the topic, but can custom resolution creation be added? This remains a shortcoming of fps players, unfortunately
