I have an Intel Arc A770 16GB. I am on the Windows Insiders Dev Channel. After the latest update to Windows, audio does not work from the DisplayPort monitors connected to my Intel Arc A770 16GB card. I have been forced to connect the DisplayPort connectors to an older NVidia 1650 super and the onboard graphics from my CPU (AMD Ryzen 7600X) in order to get sound working. This issue is specific to the Intel Arc card. Sound used to work prior to the Windows update. Please note that I installed the latest Intel Arc Drivers 5330 and 5194 on this version of Windows and sound does not work through the DisplayPort monitors (I did not test HDMI).

Hello preetpalS,
Thank you for posting in the community.
For the Windows Insider Program all feedback (including issues) must be submitted directly to Microsoft, even if they impact specific 3rd party components. Refer to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsinsider/feedback
@Joseph64 are you experiencing this issue on the latest stable Windows 11 release? (i.e. 23H2). If yes, please provide us with the Intel SSU report so we can check details about your system configuration such as Graphics driver version and potential errors logged by the OS.
Also please let me know the model of the display(s) and if there is any other component used in the configuration (per example: DP/HDMI adapters, AV receivers, etc).

This has already been reported to the Windows insider program. I will update this forum post if the issue is fixed in a future Windows update or future Intel Arc driver.

For my configuration, there is only a DisplayPort Cable (no adapters or anything else) between the graphics card and the monitor.
