To get a better understanding of the issue and be able to provide an effective recommendation, please provide the missing key information below:
1) What is the graphics driver you are using?
2) From which gaming platforms were the games (Plants vs. Zombies Peace Town Defense and xxx) where obtained? (Steam, EA, etc.)
3) Provide screenshots of your game settings for both games (e.g. Ultra quality preset, video resolution, raytracing on, etc.)
4) For graphics corruption (per example artifacts, textures corruption or lighting glitches) please use any 3rd party application to capture screenshots or a video showing the bug. Alternatively, you may use your phone's camera or similar.
5) Provide your power supply make and model.
6) Describe the performance issue as best as you can. Is there specific section where the freezes and display issues (e.g. blurring and various texture errors) appear?
7) Submit CapFrameX capture data (.json files) reproducing the issue. Capture data at least 3 times to define a good performance baseline.
Additionally, I highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so I can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.
