B580 Frequent blue screens of death in Adobe premiere. VIDEO TDR FAILURE

During the editing of the video, blue screens of death began to appear in the adobe premiere. I'm attaching a photo. Such cases occurred on the following drivers - 32.0.101.6790 . Previously, I used the drivers - 6257. 6257 were the most stable for editing, but they had a problem with simultaneous work in the primer and aftereffects through an adobe media link. the image was constantly disappearing and aftereffects gave a video card driver error. So I updated to newer drivers.

The 6790 drivers seem particularly buggy with Adobe apps. I tested them on my B760 board with an A770 and got constant crashes. Switched to 6500 and things are mostly stable again, even if dynamic link is still a little flaky. Adobe and Intel really need to sync better on compatibility testing.

However, the fact that Intel is trying to fix these bugs and release more stable drivers makes me optimistic, so it is important to describe your problems.

Hello, thank you for your reply. For now, I'm back to the 6257 driver, as the newer drivers started to cause blue screens to occur very frequently when working in Adobe Premier Pro.

  • Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration.
    -- I've attached the file.
  • Could you please let me know which version of the application you are currently using?
--25.2.3 - official, downloaded through the Creative Cloud.
  • Have you previously performed a clean installation of the graphics driver, before using either an older or the latest version?
--I updated the new version of the drivers through Intel Graphics Software.  I went back to the old version of the drivers with uninstallation via DDU.
  • . When did the issue first occur?
-- The first time this error occurred was after updating the drivers to version 6790.
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes to the system recently?
-- No, I just updated the driver.
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far aside from driver updates?
-- I went back to the old drivers and the problem disappeared. But in the old drivers, the adobe dynamic link does not work correctly. With the new drivers, there was no problem with the adobe dynamic link.
  • Have you noticed any signs of overheating in the system?
-- I haven't noticed any signs of overheating, and the weather is quite cool at 19 degrees Celsius.

    ----
Yes, today I installed the drivers  6793 and tested them (Used DDU). The problem with the VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE error hasn't disappeared, but the computer has started to restart more often without the blue screen of death.

  • Could you please share the steps you take to recreate the issue? This will help us understand the context and identify potential solutions.
    _____
This happens during the playback of a video in the adobe premiere app. And it happens at a completely random moment, regardless of the type of video file or project. It usually happens when I'm watching a video and move the timeline cursor to another location. The computer freezes for 5-10 seconds and restarts, or shows a blue screen of death.

  • If possible, could you share the project files where the issue occurs? You can send them privately via email to ensure confidentiality.
    -----
This does not depend on the project, it happens in absolutely all projects that I open for work.

  • We also request that you generate a kernel or complete crash dump and share it with us for detailed analysis.

Thank you for trying to solve this problem.

Yes, you are right. Sometimes it just reboots, sometimes with a blue screen of death.

Yes, unfortunately Intel has removed the old drivers from the site for some reason.
Do you also have problems with Adobe Premiere?
Drivers are available here. - https://fex.net/uk/s/cnlkk0s  The only thing is that the adobe dynamics link works very poorly and there may be problems with the sound during video editing, but in general they work stably.
