B580 Frequent blue screens of death in Adobe premiere. VIDEO TDR FAILURE

During the editing of the video, blue screens of death began to appear in the adobe premiere. I'm attaching a photo. Such cases occurred on the following drivers - 32.0.101.6790 . Previously, I used the drivers - 6257. 6257 were the most stable for editing, but they had a problem with simultaneous work in the primer and aftereffects through an adobe media link. the image was constantly disappearing and aftereffects gave a video card driver error. So I updated to newer drivers.

Hi @AndrewUA,

I wanted to follow up with some additional steps to help resolve the issue you're experiencing with your graphics card.

  1. Could you please confirm if you initiated the Dump file while the older driver was installed? The log currently shows LIVE_SYSTEM_DUMP but does not indicate a Video TDR failure. If possible, please recreate the issue with Kernel collection enabled, as described in the article "Generate a kernel or complete crash dump."
  2. Please update your BIOS to the latest version available for your motherboard. This can often resolve compatibility issues. PRIME B450-PLUS|Motherboards|ASUS Global
  3. Conduct a DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) uninstallation of the old driver, and then try installing the latest graphics driver from this link: Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*
  4. If you have access to another computer, please test the B580 graphics card on it to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is specific to your current setup.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance with these steps. I'm here to help!

Warm regards,

Unfortunately, I work more in premiere, and I haven't tested After Effects with these drivers very often, but it seems that After Effects works better with new drivers.

Hi AndrewUA,

I had the same problem as you and was desperate because I couldn't complete my projects with Adobe Premiere.

I solved it by uninstalling the drivers with DDU and installing in safe mode, the gfx_win_101.6647 drivers (I installed ONLY the drivers without the intel software)

This is the thread I opened

Thank you for recommending stable drivers. I will try them as soon as I finish my current project.
Have you tested adobe dynamics link with these drivers? I mean parallel work in the primere and after effects.

To avoid unexpected issues during editing, ensure your system drivers are compatible and updated, just like checking your WSU status early helps avoid delays.
