Hello everyone,
I'm having some problems with my new adquired Intel Arc B580.
It runs most games without any problems at all like Rust, LoL, SC2, Doom: Dark Ages, Stalker 2... even old games like Lineage 2 or Muonline.
But i've encountered some games that make me wonder what is wrong with my card.
On those games the lag is unbearable reaching even 15 FPS, at low settings on everything. Those are State of Decay 2 and Crash Bandicoot 4, have not encountered other games with the same problem.
So i've come here and created my first post ever, but i read some guides to help you help me. Apparently you need some .json files to help me check on the problem, so i attached them in this post with my PC specs.
I'll be on the watch if you need anything else, hopefully you guys can help me out.
Cheers everyone.

Hi @JChavez91,
Thank you for posting here in our community. To effectively diagnose and address the issue you're experiencing, I kindly ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help us isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action.
- Is this graphics card an Intel-branded product, or is it manufactured by OEM?
- Which digital distribution platform did you obtain the game that is experiencing graphics issues? (e.g., Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, etc.)
- Have you previously performed a clean installation of the graphics driver, before using either an older or the latest version?
- Kindly share some screenshots and recordings of your game settings so we can replicate and check the issue on our end using the same settings you use during gameplay.
I look forward to your response and am committed to resolving your issue promptly.
Note: I can only investigate one title per thread. Kindly submit a new thread for Crash Bandicoot 4, and our team will promptly assist you.
Regards,
Randy T.

Sure, no problem. And to answer your questions.
- It is an Intel-brande product as vendor id is 8086.
-I've tried both digital distribution Xbox Live and Steam, both with same results.
-This is a brand new pc i haven't had another driver card before so i never tried a clean install
-I've shared a video of me playing State of Decay 2 on 5 FPS

Hi @JChavez91,
I see. Have you had a chance to test the games using the latest version 32.0.101.7026 (WHQL Certified)? Please let me know if you notice any changes in performance. Please ensure you perform a clean installation using DDU before proceeding with the update.
