BSoD, igdkmdnd64.sys SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, only when playing No Man's Sky

So, ever since I got a new Display Port Monitor I haven't had any problems with my A750 LE graphics card. But now I decided to play a new game ( No man's sky ) and It runs just fine, with a few stutters, but after playing for about 30+ minutes, my pc will randomly get a BSoD, also Alt+tabbing the game is kind of weird if I don't put it in windowed mode.

Mobo: TUF GAMING B650M PLUS WIFI
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600X
RAM: 32GB GSkill triden 6000mhz ( tried XMP on/off already )
GPU: ARC A750 LE (32.0.101.6332 and 32.0.101.6325 used, both with the same error)

Temperatures are just fine, gpu never goes 75C+. Cpu 70C-.

I'm not sure if I should post this here or with NMS support, since the error is the intel graphics driver I suposse It is fine here.

The crash doesn't happen If I never open No Man's sky, but if I open it, even after closing it, it will crash randomly.

I have the dmp file but won't let me post it here, so I put it into a txt file, any other information required can be provided if asked.

Hi GLKraken,

I hope you're doing well, and I appreciate your patience throughout the process. To help improve your experience with "No Man's Sky," I recommend updating to the latest Intel Arc & Iris Xe Graphics Driver, version 32.0.101.6874 (WHQL Certified). This update may enhance compatibility and performance for your game.

You can download the driver here: Intel Arc & Iris Xe Graphics Driver.

If you need any assistance with the installation, feel free to reach out.

Okay, I took some extra time because I had to download the new update for No Man's sky, I downloaded and installed clean the new drivers you Suggested.

Sadly the crash still happens, I did the SSU report again in case you need it, I can provide another files if needed too, and can perform some testing with some guide if needed.

Ty for your work.

Hi GLKraken,

Thank you for bringing this issue to myattention. I'm currently investigating the problem of random Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) occurrences with the BugCheck code: 0x1000007e - Parameter 1: ffffffff`c0000005 when using our latest drivers.

To assist in resolving this issue, could you please capture a dump file (a mini dump will work) and provide it here? Additionally, I need you to install the new version of Intel Graphics Driver (32.0.101.6557/32.0.101.6262) and provide System Support Utility (SSU) report.

Here's the link for the latest driver:

Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*

Sure, I'll try to get it as soon as I can, but got a question

I can't upload a dmp file directly here, at least I got error when making the post, so I ran the analysis with winDbg and posted the result as a .txt file.

Do you want me to upload the file to a drive and post the link here, or the same as before and upload the results as .txt?

I guess I didn't get an answer because it is a weekend, so I decided to upload it to a drive here, If you need me to I can upload it like before as a .txt

I installed the drivers you sent me and made the SSU report again.

If you need anything else I'm glad to help, ty for your work.

Hello, ty for letting me know, I had a question, I was thinking of downgrading to the latest known driver version that doesn't has this bug, which is 32.0.101.6078, but I looked for it and it is no longer avaiable in official sites for download.

I wanted to know if there is any way for me to download this driver version to play the games affected, or if there is no way, should I should ask for a refund in the game <No man's sky> to steam support? ( And not play Counter Strike 2 )

Unfortunately I cannot provide older drivers that are no longer available on our site.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

I am not seeing No Man's Sky mentioned in the release notes, but I would try updating to the (just-released) latest driver (6793) and see whether the results are better.

Hope this helps,

Hi!, I downloaded the driver version you told me to, I've played No man's sky a few hours and no crash has happened, I was gonna test it one more day and mark it as solved, I still have to try Counter strike 2 ( In which the crash also happened ).  But as of now there have been no problems.

A little note, It also fixed a problem I had that made screen recording apps take too long to initialize and fixed a problem with minecraft .

If nothing bad happens I'll mark it as solved this night, thank you!
