Battlefield labs will crash if low latency mode "On + Boost" set when labs program run 10-15 minutes, even not enter the game, just opened the program and stayed on the homepage. If low latency mode just "On" set is OK.

Hi Blessed_Leopard,

Thank you for posting in our Community and for providing the details about the crashing issue with Battlefield Labs when using low latency mode set to "On + Boost.".

To better assist you, could you please help clarify the following:

  1. Have you noticed if this issue occurs consistently every time you run Battlefield Labs with "On + Boost" enabled, or is it intermittent?

  2. Have you tried running the program with any other graphics settings changed, such as disabling other performance-enhancing features?

  3. Could you confirm if this crash happens with other games or applications when low latency mode "On + Boost" is enabled?

  4. Are you running the latest Windows updates and chipset drivers alongside the Intel graphics driver?

  5. Would you be comfortable trying a clean reinstall of the graphics driver using Intel DDU to see if that affects the issue?

In the meantime, since you mentioned that the crash does not occur when low latency mode is set to just "On," I would recommend continuing to use that setting to maintain stability while we investigate.

Have a nice day!

Best regards,
