Hello Intel Arc Team,
just bought the new gpu. There are problems with your software.
It is not possible to adjust the fancurve to Zero in idle. If i do so the fans are spinning off / on. Its not only my card, there are a lot of People on reddit with the same issue.
Also overclocking even with lowest +Mhz results in freeze. So both features are not usable. Also there is an ingame overlay missing and no option for shader cache size.

Hi rene1337,
Thank you for posting in the Community!
I would like to clarify some things first. Please share more details about the issue so I can assist you effectively.
Can you describe the issue more to us? If possible, provide a screenshot or video of the issue.
Any error code showing up?
Was this working before or a newly integrated system?
Did you do recent changes with the system?
Have you performed other troubleshooting steps?
What is the current driver version of your graphics card?
Best regards,
Dean R.

Since Rene bailed on you, I thought I would jump in and will be happy to provide any details to improve any issues with the Arc B580. Installed one yesterday, new out of the box. Have found the Fans cycle on and off, with most time in the off position.
Here is a screen shot, after I went into tunning and turned on advanced for "Fan & Thermal Tunning.
Note the tunning indicates that the fans should be running at least 10% speed if GPU is at 33.0 deg C. So, since GPU temperature is consistently higher than 33 deg, then I am not sure why the fans go on and off consistently. I have a clear case, so I am able to visually verify they shut off.
This GPU is installed on an ASUS Prime Z790 motherboard. Running an IntelCore i7-14700K 3.40 GHz. Installed the latest motherboard Bios updates when I built this system two weeks ago. Running Windows 11 Pro (Version 24H2) with 32GB of DDR5 Ram.
Let me know what is not configured correctly and or any other information I can provide your engineering team to trouble shoot.

i gave the card back and got myself a nvidia card again. So you can close this ticket.
to your questions: Like i said.. if i set a curve to 0 RPM the card spins off and on every second. When i reset tuning 0 RMP Mode by GPU Bios works on 40c. I had new pc, newest drivers, no error code. Your Software is just not working.
