Chrome with Arc A750 screen noise

I have Arc A750 with i9 CPU.
Every time i open chrome the whole screen displays colorful noise flickering.
The same happens when I moved the A750 to AMD PC.
Both PCs running win11.

It only goes away when I disable Hardware Acceleration in chrome settings.

This also happens with latest Photoshop version..

Make sure you have the latest Intel Arc A750 drivers installed. You can download the latest drivers from the Intel website. Check if your motherboard has any BIOS updates available and ensure that your power supply unit (PSU) is sufficient for your GPU. Insufficient power can sometimes cause graphical issue
