As in the topic, the gpu useage is low in that particular game (PUB:G) it's around 40W.
In other games it's all right and graphics card uses his full power if it's needed. I tested that in CS2 and World of tanks.
Can someone help me with that?
My setup:
CPU: Ryzen 7600
Ram: 16GB of kingston fury 6000MHz
MB: Asrock B650M PG riptide
SSD: Samsung 970 evo plus 1TB
GPU: Intel ARC A750, drivers: 31.0.101.4887

To have a better understanding of the situation, please answer the following questions:
- Is the graphics card an Intel Branded Card or is it from another brand?
- What app are you using to measure power consumption?
- Take screenshots of the game settings
- Save and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows, to check the hardware and software environment.

Hello Matrzowoli,
Before we close the thread, I want to let you know that we tried to replicate the issue but we were unable to do it, we tested the game on both DX11 and DX12 and the GPU usage was over 90% and the power draw around 180-190W.
Since the issue does not occur in our reproduction, please follow the steps below and let me know the results:
- Reinstall the game. In case it has corrupted files, this is the best way to fix this.
- If the issue persists after game reinstallation, provide us with CapFrameX or Intel Presenmon data in case there is a performance issue.
