arc750 control panel dims my monitor.

when ı open arc control panel my monitor screen goes darker ıt doesn't go down completely black just a little bit darker any idea why and when ı restart my pc ıt goes to normal?

2. Did you make any recent changes on the system?

3. Does the issue only happen when opening Arc control panel?

4. Please attach a short video clip of the issue
