Could not turn on hardware decoding

Hello sir,
Couldn't turn on hardware recording inside bluestacks, That's why I'm getting very low performance on BlueStacks..
(Virus scan in progress ...)

Thank you for posting in the communities. To further help you, please specify the system that you have. It would be faster to be more familiar with your system if you can share with us your SSU logs. Additionally, by low performance, are you referring to low fps? Please give us a short description so we can better assist you. I will be waiting for your reply.

My pc config:
Cpu:ryzen 5 4650g
Gpu:intel arc a750
Ram 16gb
Basically i couldn't play free fire on bluestacks giving huge fps drops...

On the other hand gtx 1660super gives 200+fps while playing games in bluestacks..

And Intel arc a750 gives 150+fps in lobby but drops below 100 fps while playing games..

And couldn't turn on hardware decoding inside bluestacks....astc showing hardware decoding unavailable inside bluestacks..

Thank you for replying to my post. May I please know the specific BlueStack version that you are using? Have you also reached to BlueStack Support as well about the hardware decoding issue? If you are , how did it go? Kindly please share with us your SSU logs as well so we can be more familiar with your system configuration. I will be waiting for your reply.
