DP slot issues encountered after updating the driver version to 32.0.101.6079

Hello @RamyerM_Intel ,

I have encountered an issue for only mentioned Intel Arc GPU:

INTEL ARC A770 - (AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics)

So, this specific Arc GPU has driven into an issue where I observed DP slot/ cable power is missing after updating the drivers to latest version i.e. 32.0.101.6079.

So, please if you have any related fix or any solution, will you please let me know?

Hi TFOUTADM,

Thak you for posting in the Community!

Apologies for the delay on my response. I would like to clarify where did you update your graphics driver. This may be due to conflict of the previous driver conflicts with the new driver.

I suggest doing clean install and DDU for the driver as well:

Clean Installation of Intel® Graphics Drivers in Windows*

Here's the link for the latest driver (32.0.101.6083/32.0.101.5736):

Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*

Let me know if the issue still persists.

Best regards,
