The Intel Arc b580 graphics card encounters an unknown error ffffff when playing Red Dead Redemption 2 using Vulkan, lower FPS with DX12, instability and lower frame rates in Devil May Cry with DX12, while DX11 has terrain flickering or display bugs. How to resolve this?

1. Can you confirm if the unknown error "ffffff" occurs consistently when playing Red Dead Redemption 2 using Vulkan, or are there specific conditions that trigger it?
2. Have you tried using the OEM driver for testing?
3. Does the issue occur only during cutscenes? Or does it also happen during regular gameplay or menus?
4. When did the issue start? Was it after a specific driver update or game patch?
5. Are there any specific settings or configurations you have adjusted in Red Dead Redemption 2 or Devil May Cry that might affect performance?
6. Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?
7. Have you tried adjusting the graphics settings?
8. Could you provide a screenshot of your in-game display and graphics settings?
9. Which gaming platform did you use to download the game?

I would also like to obtain 3 CapFrameX log to thoroughly analyze the FPS performance. Kindly ensure that the game would run for a minimum of 3 minutes each.

After a fresh installation of the graphics card driver, there was no occurrence of the unknown error ffffff when playing 'Red Dead Redemption 2' with Vulkan. I will try DX12 tomorrow.
