Hi,
i recently aquired a 4th monitor. it seems the arc770 can not use all 4 ports. if i have all 3 displayports active. when using the last hdmi port the screen i cannot activate. soo
so to get 4th screen working i used my intel 8700k igpu hdmi port on motherboard. All is good until i want to game and change my oled 4k 240 hz monitor to dual mode 1080p 480hz.
When i change modes all screens go black but the igpu screen. I have to go into display settings and re-enable the 3 screens thats get disabled. same thing happens when i go back top 4k mode, below is screen model.
32GS95UE-B.AUS
this happens on windows 10 and 11. this info im attaching is from windows 10.
showing first blank to 1080p 480hz and having to change all to enabled again.

showing after enabled and going back to 4k

Hi Bandit8623,
Thank you for posting in the community, and for sharing the information about your issue. To further investigate this I will be asking you some questions. Please provide the following information below
- Based on the SSU that you have provided, I see that you are using the latest graphics driver (32.0.101.5989), when you acquire your fourth monitor, have you already updated your driver or you updated after you plug the fourth monitor on the graphics card?
- Have you perform clean installation on the graphics driver?
- Have you tried using the displayport on the fourth monitor and unplug one of the monitor connected on the displayport to test?
- Also, can you try using HDMI on one of your first three monitors to perform some testing?
I am looking forward hearing back from you.
Best regards,

Hi there,
1- initially i was on the new driver, but then added 4th monitor. i also tried ddu after blanks and reinstalled.
2- yes ddu
3-i havent tried this. and recently as a few days ago i can now do dual mode and nothing blanks anymore.
4- seems to work now as is. very weird..
poosbible fix below
everytime i installed the 630 driver ,arc control would show the 630 driver version even though in device manager would show 32.0.101.5989 for arc and 2130 for the onboard driver .
ddu everything then
i installed the latest arc 770 driver, then i manually had to extract the driver files for the onboard 630 and through device manager install there by using "have disk" method.
now everything is working.
basicly i dont think the 630 driver and arc driver play nice with each other.
