Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communites.
What is exactly the issue that you are experiencing when trying to play this game? I see that you cannot play, but are you experiencing crashes, error messages, or low performance? If possible share screenshots or videos it would be even better.
I would like to get the model of your Arc GPU along with detailed information about the hardware you are using, please share a log file from the Intel® System Support Utility.
In addition, please let us know the last driver version that was working with this game. does it still work if you roll back to that driver? It would be useful to check for possible regression issues.

Hello Hugo,
When playing fullscreen 1920x1200 the screen stutters. When playing windowed fullscreen (automatically on max resolution) it freezes completely after a couple of minutes. Tried to go back to the last version it worked on, but have the same issues (version gfx_win_101.4676). Enclosed is a short video and the log file from the Intel System Support Utility. Thanks in advance for you help!

Thank you for sharing the information with us.
In this case, I see that you are using a laptop system, for this setups we recommend you use the latest driver provided by your system manufacturer, I was not able to find their support site based on your model Medion Erazer Major X10 from the SSU log file you sent, so please get in contact with your manufacturer and as for their graphics drivers for the Intel(R) Arc(TM) A730M Graphics.
If the issue persists using your manufacturer's driver, you could try uninstalling your current version using Display Driver Uninstaller once uninstalled download, and update to our latest generic version 31.0.1014826 but please note if the issue gets resolved with your manufacturer driver that is the driver we recommend you to use. Since our generic version does not contain any customization for your system.
In case the problem still happens after testing both drivers, we would like to know the distribution service the game was downloaded from, as well as a screenshot of your in-game graphics settings. Another video where the issue is easier to see will be helpful as well all of this in case we need to try to reproduce the problem.

Please let us know if you had the chance to contact your system manufacturer and test their driver on your system or if you were able to reinstall the latest driver using Display Driver Uninstaller.
Please in case the issue continues to happen we would appreciate it if you share with us the game's distribution series, in-game graphics setting, and a video of the issue.

Great to know the issue is resolved after installing the driver provided by your manufacturer. Generally, for laptops that is the driver we would recommend installing since it contains hardware customizations that our generic drivers would not have.
