Hello, I’m posting to report an issue I’m facing with Gundam Battle Operation 2 on my Intel Arc A770 16gb Sparkle model (running the March 7 driver version). Since I did a DDU clean and updated to these newer drivers, the game now flashes white every 2–4 seconds in a strobe-like pattern(only for intro which is white), and large portions of the user interface are missing—which makes it impossible to play or even adjust settings. I had no problems whatsoever with earlier 2022 drivers, so I’m suspecting this is a driver-related issue. I’ve tried clean-installing using DDU, verifying game files, and disabling overlays, but the problem persists. This persistent flashing could also pose a seizure risk for players sensitive to intense light flickering, so I’m hoping the development team or Intel can address this soon. Any advice or fixes would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @WackyToliet,
We have been able to reproduce this issue internally and will be working towards a fix. However, please note that given our current workload and limited resources, this fix might take several months to be available in a public driver.

Hello WackyToliet,
Thank you for bringing this issue to the community's attention. I've reviewed the video you shared and noticed the name and sky flashes. Could you please confirm the graphics version you are currently using? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of your settings so I can replicate them and conduct further investigations in our lab.

Hello WackyToliet,
Thank you for addressing my query. I will conduct an internal investigation and test this in our lab. Meanwhile, please update your driver to the latest version, Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6647 (WHQL Certified). Let me know if the issue persists after updating.

Hello WackyToliet,
I need some clarification regarding the driver update you mentioned last time. Did you update to version 32.0.101.6647? To help isolate the issue, could you try reverting to the previous graphics driver version to see if it resolves the game issue? Additionally, could you let me know which older graphics driver version was stable with the game?
Regards,
John Sergio M.

Hi well on the drivers i did update it to the .6647 drivers and the issues still persist as for trying to revert to the older drivers I'll start with the oldest one on the driver website and go from there if there isnt any change then maybe a even older driver from before 12/3/24

Hi WackyToliet,
Thank you for informing me that the latest driver version 6647 still exhibits the same issues as the previous versions. I will look into this matter further, so please allow me some time to investigate.
