As seen in the video, while playing the game, it suddenly freezes and when I return to the game, I can continue the game from where it left off. But I cannot play the game comfortably because it freezes multiple times in a row. What I don't understand is that a game like Wolfteam uses very little of the graphics card. I couldn't figure out why it was freezing. My system is new. I did not experience this problem on my old systems. I think the problem is with the Intel graphics card. I would be pleased if you answer as soon as possible. Thanks.

Hello Wickson
We have finished testing this game and played a few matches in the San Felipe map with our latest driver, but we did not encounter any freezing problem and the game worked flawlessly, I am attaching a video of one of the matches.
Since we did not encounter an issue with this game, please try removing your current driver using Display Driver Uninstaller and updating to the latest version 31.0.101.5074. Also, does your power supply have the recommended 650W for Arc GPUs?
Best Regards,

Hello Wickson
Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communities. I know that experiencing contain freezes on your name can make it unplayable, we can certainly take a look at this issue.
I understand this would be the game WolfTeam: Reboot, if so, are you using the version from the game's website or are you using the Steam version of the game?
In order to get more details of your hardware configuration and provide recommendations, please share with us a log file from the Intel® System Support Utility and share with us the in-game graphics settings you are using.
Best Regards,

First of all, thank you for responding. These are my in-game settings.
The page where I downloaded the game
I'm playing the game on the Spanish server, not the Steam version. So I'm using the web version.

Hello Wickson
Thank you for the information. Based on your SSU file your system looks fine and seems to be up to date, so in this case, we would need to take a further look at this issue issue and we might need to test the game as well, so Could you please let us know if there are any specific steps to follow or does the issue happens just by playing a regular match?
Best Regards,

I experienced this problem while playing San Felipe on the maps in the game. It seemed to only happen on that map. If you are going to test it, I am sending you a sample of the map. I hope it gets resolved.

After doing what you said, I entered the game and tried it, there was no lag even in the 8vs8 game. Thank you, my problem is solved.
