Graphical Glitch - Black Ops 6 Zombies - Intel Arc B580

Hello,

On the Black Ops 6 Zombies map "Terminus" there is visual glitch, overall flickering on the sea in the entire map and near Ship area (west side of the map) if you go under the ship whole screen turns to white as sea seems to glitch out.. I tried all shadow and shader settings, also the deferred pyshics quality setting which affects water, from low to high and it still occurs on all. I will also link a youtube video demonstrating how it looks and how to reproduce it.

I downloaded the game from Xbox/Microsoft Store, tried verifying files still same.

To better understand the issue and offer an effective solution, please provide the following key information:

 

1) Is this a newly installed game experiencing the issue, or did the game previously work fine and only recently encounter problems?

2) Were there any changes made before the issue arose?

3) Have you attempted a clean installation of the latest driver (version 32.0.101.6881, WHQL Certified) using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)? If so, have you tried installing an older driver version, such as:

4) Is the issue specific to this game alone?

Hello Jeanette,

 

1) The game has been installed for more than two months. It worked properly without this issue on more older graphics driver versions. However, the problem began appearing with the last 3 or 4 driver releases, including all the versions you mentioned.

2) No changes were made, as I said it's been around for more than 3 drivers I waited to see if it would get solved but it appears glitch still occurs on the latest drivers, sorry for the delay in reporting this.

 

3) Yes I always perform clean installation of my drivers using DDU. I have tried the latest driver and also rolled back to all the older versions you mentioned to test them once again and yes glitch occurs on them too. I remember this issue not happening on more older drivers. 

 

4) The issue is specific to Black Ops 6, furthermore it appears on only this map (Terminus). Other maps in this game work properly without this issue and also other demanding games I do play do not show this kind of issue.
