Help me !I found an incompatibility issue with the A730m

When I run the game Zenless Zone Zero and challenge one of the bosses named “Sacrifice-Bringer”, it stutters and flashes. The lag time is related to certain skills of the boss. Most of the other scenes in the game run smoothly for me.
I have made sure that my internet connection is working properly and that all computer hardware drivers are up to date.
Here is my hardware and the version: CPU: i7-12700H Graphics card: intel A730M Driver 32.0.101.6332 OS version 10.0.22631.4602 (Win11 23H2 2023 Update).
The game log shows the following error:

My personal computer is a Machenike brand notebook purchased in October 2023, model number L16W. The specific configuration is i7- 12700H plus ARC A730m graphics card.
When I was playing the V1.3 version of the game ‘Zenless Zone Zero’, there was no fault, but after the V1.4 version was updated with a new monster, the computer would encounter a stuck flash back. My picture shows the new monster.
I have already attempted to update the graphics card driver and verify the integrity of the game files, but both efforts have failed. I searched the Chinese internet, and it appears that NVIDIA graphics cards generally operate normally, while only Intel graphics cards experience lag and crashes.
I consulted with the support of the game Zenless Zone Zero, and they only gave a general reply that the hardware was not supported. I also don't know if it's a game optimization issue or a graphics driver issue.

Regarding your reply, I have some clarifications.


  1. The game developer said that the hardware, particularly the Graphics controller is not support? Did they provided the list of hardware requirement for me to review?
  2. What is your game launcher?
  3. When the game was working fine with V1.3, that means there should be no issue with the Graphics.
  4. Base on your initial post, the Graphics driver installed is 32.0.101.6332 and the latest that we have is version 32.0.101.6449. You can try and download this driver in the link below:
