Horrible performance on intel nuc x15 laptop

Horrible and very laggy experience in fortnite on intel arc a730m and intel nuc laptop, dx 11 performance settings, don't tell me to play dx 12 cuz on intel nuc x15 there is a limit of 140 watts power and while playing fortnite on dx 12 processor is only left with 20 watts of power, on dx11 though temps are great but it is abhorrently laggy, even my old laptop with gtx 1060 was better at this, plz do smth
