I Recently wanted to replay te game but the thing is i saw that artifact issue on B series cards is still ongoing. I completed the game once on like March and the issue is still not solved. How is this issue going on? Are we gonna receive any news about it any soon?

Hi CrilAR,

I want to let you know that our testing and replication show that the issue has been resolved with graphics driver version 32.0.101.6972. I recommend updating your graphics driver to this version. Before proceeding with the update, please ensure a clean installation by using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to remove any remnants of previous drivers.

If the issue continues, please inform us so we can provide further assistance.

Best regards,

Hi CrilAR,

Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. To assist us in investigating the issue, please provide the following details:

  • Does the issue occur only during cutscenes? Or does it also happen during regular gameplay or menus?
  • What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
  • Is the Resizable Bar enabled?
  • Have you used DDU to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?
  • Have you tried adjusting the graphics settings?
  • Could you provide a screenshot of your in-game display and graphics settings?
  • Can you please provide a photo or video showing the issue?

Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here. Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility.

If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.

This issue is known for Intel as it is written on this page:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000100486/graphics.html

I'm only asking for how long this issue is gonna persist. But still even though im not playing this game anymore i want to inform you guys as much as possible from my memory.

1. As far as i can remember issue kept occuring during cutscenes and gameplay without exceptions.
2. I Only tried to change games settings and driver settings but none worked.
3. Yes. The resizeable bar is enabled.
4. Yes i tried to reinstall all drivers with ddu with the latest ones.
5. Yes.
6. Unfortunately i can't provide a screenshot of my game as i don't play the game anymore.
7. I can refer to some videos captured by others.

8. Here's the SSU log.

I do know the issue is still ongoing. Intel is admitting it. But the really is there for atleast 5 months as i experienced. I only want to know how's the situation going and when we can play the game smoothly?

From my experience i can see the artifacts are clearly gone and the game is crystal clear now. And fairly playable except some very few performance issues which i believe will be gone by time. Thank you all who served for this matter to make this game playable for us.
