Indiana Jones and the Great Circle crash

As the title suggests, I'm having a problem with IJATGC. When enabling the path tracing options, which are available in the latest update even for those with non-Nvidia graphics cards, the game inevitably crashes, displaying a memory allocation error. It seems that Intel Arc graphics cards are the only ones affected by this issue. Could you give me a suggestion on how to resolve it? Thank you in advance.

My PC: CPU Intel Core i5-9600K 3.70 Ghz, MOBO ASUS TUF Z390-PLUS GAMING (WI-FI), GPU Intel Arc A770 16GB LE, RAM Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 32GB 3200 MHz, PSU Thermaltake SmarTSE 630W, SSD Samsung 980 Pro M.2 + Crucial MX500 500GB, S.O Windows 10 Pro

Hello Katanga73,

 

Thank you for bringing this issue to the community. Have you updated your graphics drivers to the latest version, 32.0.101.6632? If not, please update your graphics driver and let me know if the problem persists. It is possible that outdated drivers are causing the issue.

The video card drivers are always updated to the latest available version. I also tried performing a clean installation by deleting the old drivers, but the problem persists. Apparently, I'm not the only user with this issue, as documented in this YouTube video at minute 8:25

Thank you for sharing the YouTube video. Could you please confirm if this is your channel? If so, I would like to replicate the issue by using the same settings from the video, as enabling path tracing seems to cause the game to crash. Please give me enough time to investigate this issue internally.

No, it's not my YouTube channel. I simply shared the link to a video where another user encountered the exact same problem as me, so I imagine the issue might lie in the game code or the video card drivers. In short, in my humble opinion, it doesn't seem like an isolated case.
