Could you also share the make and model of your motherboard, processor and power supply wattage?

Found out that the 6-8 prong power supply was not plugged it

Ok so is the graphics supposed to come with a 6-8 pronged power connecter

The 8+6 power connector comes from the power supply, normally the 8 pin is split into half (2 4 pins but it has a connection) and the 6 pin is 2+4 (like the 8 pin it has a connection as well)

So the power supply with my PC is that it is hidden

If your power supply is hidden, it means that it is either built into the case or mounted behind a cover or a shroud. This can make it difficult to see the model and specifications of the power supply without opening the computer.
