I try to capture only the game and not the windows all in it. How can i change so i only capture the game im playing?

Hello Earl! 

While im streaming thru Intel Arc Control center i just want to stream the game and not so people can see my Windows or another program i just want to stream only the game im playing and not other thing that appears on my Windows. It is possible with Intel Arc or you dont have this settings so i can just stream the game im playing?
