I recently bought an Intel Arc 750 graphics card. The latest driver (31.0.101.4091) installed fine, but the installation of Intel Arc Control failed as part of the installation. I've attached the Intel Arc Control installation log file and here are the relevant lines from the log:

There's is already one post in this forum regarding this error; while it did not get resolved, I gleaned that I ought to also provide the output of Intel SSU. I've attached the output of SSU as well.
I've tried a clean install after a reboot and also running the installer as an administrator, but no success.
Can you please help resolve? Thanks.

Hello Jean,
The integrated graphics card is automatically disabled by my motherboard / BIOS when I install the Intel Arc 750. The SSU output that I sent you earlier also shows only the Intel Arc A750 card.
I also checked and it does not even show up in device manager; please see this screenshot:
After verifying that the integrated graphics card is disabled, I re-ran the installation for Arc Control Center, but it failed again. I've attached the log file and the output from SSU again.

Hello IndianaJones,
Thanks for waiting for a response.
You may need to perform a clean Operating System installation. To find information about the fresh installation, check the article. Try clean installation while having the Integrated Graphics disabled.
Also, to further investigate this issue, provide us with an Intel® Graphics Command Center report:
- Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
- Navigate to the Support tab
- Select System Diagnostic
- Click Generate Report
- Select Save and name the output file.
Best regards,
Jean O.

Hello Jean,
I've not had the time to do a fresh OS installation and retry installing Intel Arc Control on the fresh OS installation. I expect to get to it this weekend and will reply early next week.
Thanks.

Dear IndianaJones,
I feel so terrible that I come here too late. But I have solved this problem,,,thanks to Dog Huang.
REASON: the setup program of IntelArcController failed to install ArcControl.Msi because your Windows OS cannot recognize the cmd order 'msiexec'. (if you open cmd with administrator rights and write 'cd\',ENTER,'msiexec /package C:\ArcControl.msi',ENTER, then you may see the message 'Error during installation :'msiexec.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command')
SOLUTION: add 'C:\Windows\System32' into the environment variable called 'PATH' in system variables of your Windows OS.(if you try cmd again, you may see the message 'cannot find the position', after that you may be able to install ArcController successfully)
I'm not a native speaker of English, but I hope my reply can help those poor gamers just like myself.
Best Wishes.

I just discovered that I lost the system default environment variables due to openVINO.
That's why I can't install intel arc control.
Just restore the following system default environment
%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\OpeSSH;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\
