Hi Deepakmeena,

Thank you for your patience while I investigated this matter further. After replicating the issue on our end, we discovered why Intel(R) Graphics is showing instead of Intel ARC Graphics.

Here are the details:

  • DDR5 memory has an internal dual-channel architecture of 32-bit x 2, which does not qualify as a true physical dual-channel configuration.
  • For optimal performance, a physical dual-channel memory setup must be:
    • 64-bit x 2 for DDR4, or
    • (32-bit x 2) x 2 for DDR5 — meaning two separate RAM sticks.

Therefore, to fully unlock the performance of Intel® Arc Graphics, a genuine dual-channel memory configuration is necessary.

For more information about this laptop’s pre-installed RAM configuration or assistance with RAM upgrades, please contact ACER support directly.

Since no further assistance is needed from our end, we will now proceed to close this Thread. If you need further assistance, please submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored.

Best regards,
