Intel Graphics Settings

When I click on "override application settings" and click on apply, it automatically unchecks. How to fix this issue? Please Help?
I have I5 7200U with intel hd 620 (integrated) and 940mx graphics card

 

 

Ive uploaded the screen recording,
there are two clips, one is before clicking on apply and one is after clicking on apply.
