Get Support → Check to see that your Intel® graphics adapter is detected and enabled within Device Manager, and consider updating your graphics driver to the latest version. If you continue to have issues please contact Intel® Support.

For me to further investigate this issue, please help provide the following details:

 

  1. What is the model of your Graphics controller?
  2. What is the model of your processor?
  3. Was it working fine before or are you having this issue after installing Intel® Graphics Software?
  4. If this is working before, what was the last change made in the system before getting this error message?
