Intel Graphics control center not installing/working

Today i got a new Arc B580 graphics card and i have installed the drivers. However i legit cant access the control panel at all. I've tried reinstalling the driver and restarting my computer multiple times but i just cant see it anywhere.

Try uninstalling any Intel Graphics software you have already and then do a clean DDU uninstall and then try to install the driver again.

Worked for me when I couldn't get the Intel Graphics Software to install properly.

I noticed that whenever i try to install the drivers the box for intel graphics software is unticked and greyed out. so it literally doesnt let me download the graphics software.

It is possible it is detecting a different Intel Graphics application on the PC already or remnants from a previous install.

Did you try running DDU?

And did you check you don't have any older Intel graphics apps installed, like f.ex. Intel Graphics Command centre.
