Best setting to ALVR to link meta quest2

I just try ALVR to play some VR game but it look lag on reaction on the head set and the resolution also low. Any recommended setting that improve it?

I use arc B 580 + intel i5 8400 cpu. Please let me know!

For an improvement, I recommend meeting the minimum requirements.
