Intel grafic comand center not init

Dears,

Please, the Intel grafic comand center not initialize after hibenatition.

When i turno off and turn on the computer ok, Intel grafic initializon work ok.
But when the computer hibernatition it not initialize the comand center grafic intel.
How i can solve?

Win 10
