Intel or AMD

IM thinking to buy arc a750 in 2025 , i have pretty low budget so im not sure which cpu should i buy ryzen 5 5600 or intel i5 12400f , in terms of ryzen , i cant find a motherboard which has ASPM properly and on the otherhand intel motherborad are pretty expensive , cannot find under 9k rupees , i found one thought as rock b660m phantom gaming motherboard , it shows many ASPM in the bios manual , but im not sure if its the one im finding for the arc a750 gpu to lower its idle watt
