Good day,
my Arc 750 is not ouputting an image through my DP to DVI adapter.
The card is working correctly, connnecting it to an HDMI display worked,
my monitor however is not recieving an image.
The monitor is detected correctly and shows up in windows, and is neither reporting a lack of connection nor going to sleep, but stays blank all the same.
This happens both in windows as well as during post, so a driver issue seems unlikely.
I wasn't able to find any known issues with Arc GPUs and DVI Adapters, only one case where an adapter actually solved another issue.
Is there any info on what adapters work or what criteria they should fulfill?
I don't want to start buying them in bulk to try them all until one works

The use of adapters is not supported.

Outch, thats going to be an issue. Do you have any documentation on this you could point me to? Just outright not supporting adapters is rather ridiculous by them.
I have scoured anything i could find, including Intels FAQs, and found no mention of this.
Apart from that, i have seen people using adapters without issue, so i reckon its a case of "not supported, but might work anyways".
Anyone with some pointers on what might work? If i can't get my card to work with adapters i will have to return it, i will not buy new monitors for this

Intel does not support the use of video adapters, converters, splitters, hubs or docks since these can affect the resolution and quality that the graphics controller can provide. Yes, people use them. But, there are just too many to test.
If you must use them, get one of high quality.
