Beginning with the first of the last 3 updates, it caused Halo Infinite and MCC to not be able to load due to something that was missing and was telling me to go to the download center to download it. I tried doing all that, and even rolling back the driver to the last know good one. That was the one that got me 364 FPS running Unigine Heaven. The last 3 gave me crap FPS and crashed my games. Well, nothing worked to get my games back up and running, so needless to say, I am extremely disappointed once again with this Arc A770 graphics card. I really thought this thing would have the potential to go head-to-head with an RTX 4070.
What's more, the Driver & Support Update notifications that pop up on the lower right of my screen are extremely annoying and distracting, and I can't disable it. Guess I'll be popping my RTX 3070 Ti back into this machine with the G-Sync monitor until I hear that all these Arc A770 issues are fixed.

Hello Gaming-Wai,
Thank you for the information provided. We would be more than glad to help you. We see that you are experiencing multiple issues in different applications, performance and crashing issues with Halo Infinite and MCC, as well as annoying recommendations from the Intel DSA; however, we will continue assisting you with the Halo Infinite problem and advise you to open a new thread for the other problems. We recommend reporting one issue per thread to keep the topics organized.
Based on the performance and crashing issues when playing Halo Infinite, we would like to ask for the following:
- What is the game distribution service you used to install the game?
- Is it the Halo Infinite Campaign or the multiplayer game version?
- Can you share a screenshot of the error message you received?
- Which is the latest known working driver version?
- To check more details about your system. Provide us with a report using the Intel
System Support Utility (Intel SSU): - Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
SSU will take you to the "Summary View." - Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
Best regards
Jean O.
