Based on the video you shared I see it only happens on the specific area/cutscene from the clip but I did not notice it through the rest of the gameplay, Could you please confirm whether this is reproducible in other areas of the game? Or, Is it only happening in that specific scenario?
Also, please share a report from the Intel® System Support Utility to get your hardware and driver details.
