Lost ark freezing after driver update

It started happening right after the last WHQL driver update (i updated to the latest non WHQL driver in the hope that it would fix it) i tried clean installs (Using DDU in safe mode), reinstalled the game like twice and even wiped my drives and did a clean install of windows. There is no real steps to reproduce the issue, it just happens at random times (mostly during raids but even during casual content like walking around the map), the game just freezes but the sounds keeps going (basically game still runs but the screen is frozen). I play the game on low settings (not that the game is actually heavy on the gpu) while other games work just fine on highest settings (Sekiro, BF6).

Would appreciate the help to getting this fixed.

Does the issue occur only during cutscenes? Or does it also happen during regular gameplay or menus?

When did the issue start? Was it after a specific driver update or game patch?

Is the Resizable Bar enabled?

Have you tried adjusting the graphics settings?

Could you provide a screenshot of your in-game display and graphics settings?

Which gaming platform did you use to download the game?

Does the issue persist when you disabled the integrated graphics?

Sorry for the late return, i somehow managed to fix the issue by forcing the game to launch in dx9 instead of 11 and it simply stopped crashing but i'll answers some of yours questions if that still helps.

-Does the issue occur only during cutscenes? Or does it also happen during regular gameplay or menus? only seen it during gameplay and cutscenes

-When did the issue start? Was it after a specific driver update or game patch? it started with patch 6987

-Is the Resizable Bar enabled? yes 

-Have you tried adjusting the graphics settings? i play on lowest settings 

-Which gaming platform did you use to download the game? Steam
