Hello, today the game named "RoadCraft" was Released and I downloaded it to play. After download, I maxed out the settings to play as my A770 supports it, so I maxed it out. But after maxing it out, the fps went too low. So I adjusted some settings even I had to use FSR3 Frame gen to play smoothly. But after loading the game, there were artifacts and stuttering occasionally. Finally the game crashed after a few moment. So my question is, is the driver team working for the drivers for this game?

Hi, ZahinfanofARC.
Thank you for posting in our Community and for providing a detailed description of the issue you're encountering with RoadCraft. To answer your primary question: Intel continuously works to optimize drivers for new game releases. However, in some cases, especially with newly launched titles, driver-level optimizations may not yet be fully deployed. In the meantime, to better assist and ensure I capture all relevant variables, I would like to ask you the following:
- If you experience similar behavior in other demanding games or only in RoadCraft.
- Was the game installed through Steam, Epic, or another launcher?
- Whether you're running the game via DirectX 11/12 or Vulkan, if that option is available.
- Could you please provide CapFrameX data for this game? This will allow me to analyze performance metrics in more detail and identify any potential issues. Ideally, please share a CapFrameX file that includes at least 5 minutes of gameplay.
I'd like to delve deeper and verify specifics like the graphics models, precise driver versions, and any system errors. Utilizing the Intel SSU tool will enable me to collect detailed information about your system setup, which could aid in identifying the underlying cause of this issue. For your privacy and security, I have already sent you an email to collect the SSU reports. Once I receive the logs, I can investigate further and provide better assistance. Also, if you have done any other tests, please let me know the details so we don't cover the same ground twice.
Have a nice day!
Best regards,

So the game is Cracked but I downloaded the latest version from DODI REPACK. Its a DX 12 game and I am running it on DX 12. I have the latest WHQL Driver. The game in newly launched so I think your driver team should work on the games driver, then If I found any issues after the driver team released the driver, I will contact. But for now the FPS is LOW and a few stuttering is there

Hi, ZahinfanofARC.
Thank you for the information. Please note that since the game in question is a cracked version obtained via DODI Repack, I am unable to validate or replicate performance issues based on unofficial software. For me to investigate properly and provide accurate support, it is necessary to use a legitimate, licensed version of the game. I highly recommend using original software, as only official releases are supported and optimized by Intel’s graphics driver team. Once you are able to obtain a licensed copy, I kindly ask that you share a CapFrameX data capture of at least 5 minutes of gameplay. This data will allow us to perform a detailed performance analysis and assist you more effectively.
Best regards,
Von M.
