Hi, Deodutta_K.
Thank you for posting in our Community and for bringing this to our attention. I understand that you're experiencing an issue with the date display in the Intel Graphics Software application. I'd like to know the following:
- When did you first notice the incorrect date? Understanding the timeline can help identify if the issue appeared after an update or specific change.
- Is the incorrect date displayed consistently, or does it change intermittently? This can help determine if the problem is ongoing or sporadic.
- Have you recently updated the Intel Graphics Software or your graphics drivers?
- Is your system’s date and time set correctly in Windows settings? An incorrect system date or time might cause the Intel Graphics Software to display the wrong date.
I apologize for the number of questions, but sometimes pinpointing the cause requires exploring various factors. Your cooperation in providing these details will greatly assist us in diagnosing and addressing the issue effectively.
Additionally, If you've performed any other tests, please provide the details so we can avoid going over the same steps again. Finally, I'd like to delve deeper and verify specifics like the graphics models, precise driver versions, and any system errors. Utilizing the Intel SSU tool will enable us to collect detailed information about your system setup, which could aid in identifying the underlying cause of this issue.
Have a nice day!
Best regards,
Von M.

Hi, Deodutta_K.
I appreciate you confirming that the system date on your laptop is correct, which helps us narrow down the issue. This could be a known display anomaly related to the latest driver update, and we’re currently investigating it to ensure it’s resolved.
In the meantime, I recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
- Uninstall GPU driver via Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) software.
- Try to roll back your graphics driver to a previous version
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please let us know, so we can proceed with the next steps or explore additional solutions, including providing a potential fix through a future driver update.
Best regards,
Von M.
