Missing Arc graphics in core ultra 255H in new lenovo laptop

Just bought new lenovo laptop with intel core ultra 7 255H, which is supposedly having 140T arc graphics but mine only shows integrated graphics with all drivers updated from intel driver updater. Please help. Put all my money on this sucker.

Your warranty and support come from Lenovo.   Contact them.

As an educated guess, your model has 2 (c)sodimm slots and you have only populated one of them.

In single channel mode, the spec of the graphics controller is downgraded.

I am having same issue with Thinkpad ultra 7 255H with 140 T graphics, but it shows Intel ( R ) Graphics, moreover it doesn't take any ARC drivers.
