Monster hunter World: Iceborne DirectX 11 and 12 performance issues.

32gb DDR4-3200
Pci-e slot 3.0 

I WAS using the latest drivers but i continued to get issues in games so i reverted back to version 32.0.101.6253
which did not fix the issue, the testing i have done is on this version but i assure you that the problems are exactly the same as on the latest driver.

When using DX12 in the Starting area of Astera, my framerate does not go past 35~fps, my CPU is pinned at 100% usage and the Gpu barely gets any utilization, my framerate is better in the Ancient Forest but when looking through foliage (hiding bushes) my FPS drops significantly.

*Dx12 Gets 34~Fps In Astera in any direction*
*Dx12 Is a smoother gameplay in general when it works*
*Dx12 in the cutscene when you "beat" the game (high rank) ran at about 20fps*

*Dx11 Stutters often, just moving the camera causes frame drops*
*Dx11 Gets 60-90fps in Astera depending on direction*
*Dx11 Fps does not get affected by the bushes*
*Dx11 Cpu Does not bottleneck, Highest ive seen is 80~% On CapFrameX*

******I HAVE TRIED TOGGLING ALL SETTINGS AND NONE CHANGES THE ISSUES******

The only time where DX12 works better then DX11 seems to be when you finally reach master rank and head into the Hoarfrost Reach area and the new Basecamp in the Iceborne DLC

*Dx11 in these areas is a stutter fest along with low average framerates*
*Dx12 Does quite well in these areas and while fighting, Though GPU is not using full wattage*

DX11 seems to lower my cpu usage a significant amount and lets me get better framerates sometimes, but stutters and pins my gpu at 100% usage regardless of what im looking at or doing.

*Dx11 also drops framerate much harder during action scenes then DX12 does.*
*Dx11 has a very hard time When a monster creates a shockwave or dust/snow cloud*
*Dx12 Does not seem to be affected by impact effects like snow and dust.*

I Used CapFrameX and fought Beatodus Twice in the same area to show the significant framerate changes between only changing the Direct X version.  (20-45fps drop)

I have noted every place where i took each recording, most was generally walking around, only 2 are very long captures during a Beatodus fight in the exact same area and facing the same direction for the most part

I also have the High resolution texture pack DLC enabled.

If i can help with testing either of these issues i would be glad to help. Especially since it takes around 30 hours to get to the point in the game where you unlock Master rank if you are a regular person.

I would upload video recordings but this GPU has issues with recording.
My GTX980TI i upgraded from could record 1080p with no issues, but this card i cant even stream discord at 720p. i would love to upload clips but it just wont happen.

(steam capture reduces framerate by 30-40% on average)

I have replied to the email, i sent save data over for both monster hunter world as well as monster hunter wilds

If i knew i was going to need to send a safe file i would have grinded out the main story more on monster hunter world lol

If you would like a more advanced save file, ill spend a few hours in the main story and unlock more areas, but for the most part everything that ive had issues with so far is unlocked

Publicly acknowledging the saved file was received. I'll go ahead and try to test this issue.

I would like to set the right expectations with you: pretty much all the focus right now is on optimizing and improving the performance on Monster Hunter Wilds, meaning that Monster Hunter World might take longer to see any targeted fix (if applicable).
