I posted this thread in March 2025: https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-ARC-Graphics/Crashes-in-Street-Fighter-6-Steam/m-p/1673100
I'm now experiencing the same issue. The driver version is 32.0.101.8247. Last time the issue seemed to be fixed with a clean install of driver version 6647, but I've done clean installs of every version since that. It's the most recent game version on Steam. My graphics card is the B650 AORUS Elite AX ICE, and it's the only card I've ever used on this PC.
This has happened twice recently. I've attached the Intel SSU report from today's crash, and the Steam crash logs from a previous crash on October 21, 2025.

Hi sleepingtoads,
Thank you for posting in our Community, and for sharing these details, along with the SSU report and crash logs. I appreciate your continued patience as we look into this further. Since the issue has resurfaced with driver version 32.0.101.8247, I’d like to gather a few additional details to help us better pinpoint the cause:
- Could you confirm the exact version of Street Fighter 6 currently installed, and whether you’re using DirectX 12 or another API (if selectable)?
 - Are you running the game on default settings, or are there any custom graphics or performance adjustments applied (such as ray tracing, V-Sync, or frame limiters)?
 - Does the crash occur during startup, in menus, or mid-gameplay? Any specific modes (e.g., World Tour, Online Battle) where it happens more often?
 - After the last crash, have you tried performing another clean installation of the latest Intel Graphics driver using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) in Safe Mode, just to ensure all previous driver traces were removed?

Have a nice day!
Best regards,
Von M.

Thank you, answers below.
- The game version is 2.0100.001. I'm using DirectX 12 and I don't think this is selectable.
 - I'm running the game at 1440p at the highest visual settings. I have V Sync on and limited the frame rate to 60.
 - I've only ever experienced it during gameplay or in cutscenes after a match, never in menus. The last crash happened after a match in arcade mode, and the previous crash happened in training mode while performing a move.
 - No, I perform clean installs using the Intel Driver and Support Assistant but not in Safe Mode.

Hello sleepingtoads,
Thank you so much for the detailed information. I truly appreciate the time you’ve taken to provide these specifics about your setup and game environment. It’s good to know that the crashes only occur during gameplay or cutscenes and not in the menus, as that gives us a clearer picture of where the issue is happening. The confirmation that you’re using DirectX 12 and running the game at 1440p with V-Sync enabled and a 60 FPS limit is also valuable.
I will need to conduct additional research on this issue and post an update in this thread once I have more information.
Best regards,
Von M.
