Hi, I recently bought BIOSTAR Arc™ A750 OC and it's not detecting my AOC 27B2H2 as adaptive sync monitor.
This monitor also unofficially supports VRR from 48-100hz on Radeon graphics cards.
But adaptive sync option cannot be enabled inside IGCC. Also, the VRR option cannot be enabled in Arc Control.
It's connected via HDMI cable and I have latest Intel drivers (31.0.101.5534) installed.

Hello Merlin10,
Thank you for posting in the communities. To further investigate this for you, would you be able to share with us the SSU logs of your system? This will allow us to check for possible errors and be more familiar with your configuration. Additionally, is the AOC 27B2H2 HDMI connection directly connected through the BIOSTAR Arc™ A750 OC? Have you also had the opportunity to test the system with alternative cables? Doing so could help us determine if the issue is specific to the original cable. I will be waiting for your reply.

1. Here is my SSU logs.
2. The HDMI cable is directly connected to GPU and monitor. There is no other medium in between.
3. Yes. I've tested it with 3 other HDMI cables and the results are the same.
And I connected my laptop (Radeon iGPU) to the monitor with an HDMI cable again, and checked that VRR was working.

Hello Merlin10,
Thank you for sharing this logs. While I can confirm that this logs uses the latest driver for Intel® Arc™ A750 Graphics, I do want to ask, what version of HDMI are you currently using for your system? Seeing that you are able to use the VRR using a laptop, may I please know what model of this laptop is as well? I will be waiting for your reply.

1. The HDMI version of my monitor is 1.4
2. My laptop is ASUS GV301RA (Flow X13 2022). Ryzen 6800HS with 680M iGPU.
This laptop is able to enable the VRR option on my monitor.
However, as I said, my desktop with A750 cannot turn on the Adaptive Sync or VRR options.
