My pc's specs are I3 12100f and arc a750 but i get terrible performance in almost all games.

As I have already stated I get terrible performance in almost all games and I have seen videos of people getting much better performance than me(x2 or 70 to 80% more) with the same specs and settings why is that? Also Rebar is enabled , I have 16 gb ram single stick . My cpu never goes past 30w , I have seen some poeple's cpu go above 40w.

The games and fps that i get(all 1080p):

Valorant - 100 to 150 (sometimes below 100) , Settings does not matter as i get pretty much the same fps at lowest and max

CS 2 - below 100 and as the match goes on the fps continues to decrease - lowering the settings does not change my fps 

RDR2 - below 50 fps especially at the saint denis and another town where(I forgot the name) where I get even more atrocious fps area (I have see a youtube video where he gets 110 fps) settings still does not change fps

The last of us part I - always below 55 .

Good evening , I researched a little and found out the arc gpus are heavly affected if you have single channel , since i have single channel and the youtubers I watched dual channel ram , I think this is the reason why I am getting this problem . Maybe you also have a single stick of ram in your setup .
